Safety Information
Work on a mat or another surface that pads your back. Keep your hands resting lightly behind your head; do not pull your head forward with them. If your feet lift as you rise, stop and come up only as far as you can with them staying down. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
