Safety Information
This drill swings your leg through a wide hip movement while you stand on the other leg; if you have a hip, knee or back problem, have had recent hip or knee surgery, or have trouble with balance, ask a health professional before trying it. Keep a hand on a wall, start with small, slow swings and let them grow only as far as feels easy, without forcing the range. Stop if it hurts your hip, knee or back, or if you feel unsteady. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
