Safety Information

This is a continuous standing exercise that bends and straightens the knees and hips and needs balance on moving pedals; if you have a knee, hip, ankle or back problem, a balance problem, a heart or breathing condition, or have had recent surgery, ask a health professional before trying it. Step on and off only when the pedals have stopped, holding the fixed handles, and start slowly at a low resistance. Stop if it hurts your knees, hips, ankles or back, or if you feel dizzy, short of breath or unwell. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
