Safety Information

This should get better over a few months using its self-help information. Contact a GP or call NHS 111 if symptoms do not improve after a few weeks or if pain starts suddenly because of an injury. The self-help list for slower-onset symptoms (pain relief, an ice pack unless feeling has changed, supportive footwear, an arch-support insole, gentle walking) is general guidance. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
