Safety Information
Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Keep both hands on the Handles at all times during the exercise, and never make an adjustment to the machine's resistance while the Exercise Arm is loaded mid-repetition, because both are standalone cautions. Stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, or are unable to maintain good form at any point in the squat. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
