Step-by-Step Guide
Set up
- Place two flat round discs, about 30 cm across, on a flat, firm floor in a line with a narrow gap between them, and lie on your back with your shoulder blades on one disc and your hips on the other so the gap is under your waist.
- Cradle your head in your hands and lift it clear of the floor, then raise both legs into tabletop with your knees over your hips and your lower legs level with the floor. Choose the setting and decide with your clinician or instructor whether the exercise suits you.
