Step-by-Step Guide

  1. A woman mid-jog along a floor line, upright and relaxed, arms swinging gently.

    Step 1 of 5

Jog easily forward five steps along the line, loose and upright, before planting for the stretch.

  2. A woman with her front leg planted heel-down toes-up and straight, back knee bent lowering her, back flat, hands reaching down.

    Step 2 of 5

    Step 3 of 5

Roll your hand - or the hurley - down the front of the shin toward the toe and hold the reach for three seconds, back still straight.

  4. A woman risen back to the jog between stretches, upright and light on her feet along the line.

    Step 4 of 5

Release, rise and jog another five easy steps, then repeat the same plant-and-reach on the opposite leg.

  5. A woman mid-jog along a floor line, upright and relaxed, arms swinging gently.

    Step 5 of 5

Jog easily forward five steps along the line, loose and upright, before planting for the stretch.
