Teaser Facing In on the Pilates Spine Corrector
You sit in the well of a Pilates spine corrector facing the hump, with your legs resting over the barrel. You reach your arms and legs to find the teaser position and hold it. Then you lower and lift your upper body, then your legs, then both together.
Stop if
Choose an easier exercise if pain reaches 6 out of 10 or becomes sharp. Stop and rest if pain reaches 8 out of 10.
This is the general ClapMove rule. This exercise has no extra stop rule of its own.
