Safety Information

Place the thumbs through the handles before the fingers for safety, avoid rounding the shoulders forward to reach further back, and keep the upper back wide rather than the shoulder blades pinched. Caution: the arms will want to creep forward during the looks - keep them reaching back. Anyone with a shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, back or balance problem should ask a physical therapist or physician before attempting this exercise and stop at pain or dizziness. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
