Safety Information

Jump into the box with two feet at a time, then jump wide outside the ladder with two feet at a time. Go directly to the next box after each out-jump. Keep the chest lifted and let the knees track with the toes where they apply to the landings. Anyone with a shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, back or balance problem should ask a physical therapist or physician before attempting this exercise and stop at pain or dizziness. Keep the two-foot pattern - together in, wide out - and avoid single-foot landings and a scissor switch. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
