Jump Rope Heel Taps
Skip lightly over a turning jump rope with both feet under your body. On each pass, tap one heel forward on the ground, alternating right and left. Keep skipping with the heel taps on every pass.

This is the general ClapMove rule. This exercise has no extra stop rule of its own.

Safety Information
This is a dynamic variation of the classic boxing shuffle step with alternating forward heel taps inside the jump. Anyone with a shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, back or balance problem should ask a physical therapist or physician before attempting this exercise and stop at pain or dizziness. Keep the forward heel tap alternating inside the rope skip, and avoid supine heel work, a travelling run and a two-foot hop. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
