Safety Information

Clean the dumbbells to shoulder level palms facing in, then press each arm overhead in turn with the wrist rotating palm-forward, lowering one weight as the other presses. Synchronize the lowering of one weight with the pressing of the other and brace the obliques against the lateral inclination. Keep the rotation smooth and avoid swinging the trunk. Anyone with a shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, back or balance problem should ask a physical therapist or physician before attempting this exercise and stop at pain or dizziness. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
