Safety Information
Pull the bar from the floor through the pulls into the front-squat receive, recover to standing, then dip and drive into the split receive overhead. Keep the back angle constant through the first pull with the arms straight. Move the head out of the way as the bar leaves the shoulders on the jerk drive. Anyone with a shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, back or balance problem should ask a physical therapist or physician before attempting this exercise and stop at pain or dizziness. Stop if the exercise causes pain or you become unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice about symptoms or suitability.
