Step-by-Step Guide

  1. A woman draping both hands flat over the rounded top of the fingerboard while still standing on the floor.

    Step 1 of 4

Reach up and drape both whole hands over the board's rounded top - palm and all four fingers flat, thumb relaxed.

  2. A woman in a static dead hang from the board's rounded top, feet free, palms flat.

    Step 2 of 4

Lift your feet and hang straight down through the draped palms - still and quiet, friction doing the holding.

  3. A woman stepping back onto the floor under the board, hands lifting off the rounded surface.

    Step 3 of 4

Put your feet back on the floor and lift the hands off - the hang ends clean.

  4. A woman draping both hands flat over the rounded top of the fingerboard while still standing on the floor.

    Step 4 of 4

Reach up and drape both whole hands over the board's rounded top - palm and all four fingers flat, thumb relaxed.
