Thoracic Spine exercises
The thoracic spine is the upper and mid-back region connecting to your ribs. It allows you to stand tall, rotate, reach overhead, and breathe well. It consists of 12 vertebrae (T1-T12) and is crucial for posture, shoulder function, and rib mobility.
