Lumbar Spine exercises
The lumbar spine is the lower back region consisting of 5 vertebrae (L1-L5). It bears most of your body weight and allows you to bend, twist, and lift. It connects your upper body to your pelvis and is crucial for posture, core stability, and everyday movements like sitting, standing, and walking.
