Wrist exercises
The wrist is a complex joint connecting the forearm to the hand. It allows flexion, extension, radial deviation (toward thumb), ulnar deviation (toward pinky), and combines with forearm rotation for gripping and manipulation. Common issues include carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinopathy, TFCC injuries, and De Quervain's.
